About Me

My photo
Cliff Berg
Agilist and DevOps guru. My 200-person startup went Agile (XP) in 2000. Since then I have helped more than ten organizations transition to Agile and DevOps methods at scale. My main focus is on large programs, and how to help organizations deliver rapidly but with high assurance. My book High-Assurance Design contains timeless patterns for reliable and secure software. I distrust hype and "the latest fad" and so my view of Agile is pragmatic and results-oriented.
